This Emotional Intelligence workshop assists you to learn how to build capacity for engaging with your own thoughts & feelings and those of others, managing the effects of it in themselves and in their interpersonal relationships in a healthy and balanced way in order to achieve personal and business success.

Our interactive 1-day workshop combines tutorials, practical advice & guidance and scenario based assignments.

This course will enable delegates to apply knowledge, skills and insight as a team member or within a management context, and can also be used for personal development or as a specific workshop within an overall organisational change management program or project.

  • To recognise and manage their own and others' emotions in a constructive manner.
  • To apply empathy in all their relationships.
  • To be aware of self and self-manage in all situations.
  • To be more self-aware and begin to pay attention to their inner states.
  • To understand why one loses motivation and how to get it back.
  • To recognise and manage stress better.
  • To become more resilient be able to easily adapt to change.
  • Learning to identify and isolate the facts in an emotionally charged situation through self-mastery
  • Build confidence and ability as leaders and team players
  • Understand how communication and relationships impact on leadership and team effectiveness
  • Generate a long-term strategy for self- development and growth

 

There are no pre-requisites to attend.

Delegates will be issued with workbooks, hand-outs and other relevant material.
