Agile Project Management Certification V3 (AgilePM®)

The APMG International Accredited Agile Project Management Certifications V3 (AgilePM®) aim to address the needs of those working in a project-focused environment who want to be Agile.  The AgilePM guidance is developed in partnership with the Agile Business Consortium and offers a practical and repeatable methodology that achieves an ideal balance between the standards, rigour and visibility required for good project management, and the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile Scrum.

The focus of AgilePM is on developing solutions incrementally enabling project teams to react effectively to changing requirements, whilst empowering project personnel and encouraging increased collaboration and ownership.

AgilePM V3 Certification is based on the AgilePM V3 Reference Guide , published by the Agile Business Consortium.  The Reference Guide offers a practical and robust methodology that achieves an ideal balance between the standards, rigour and visibility required for good project management, and the fast-pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile Scrum
