Agile Business Analysis Practitioner Course (AgileBA®)
The Agile Business Analysis Practitioner (AgileBA) Certification, accredited by APMG International and created in conjunction with the Agile Business Consortium, is designed to give the Business Analyst the skills needed to successfully gather, analyse, validate and champion the requirements throughout an Agile project. The certification uses the most popular Agile approaches and uses the Agile Project Framework to practically take the Agile Business Analyst through the phases of an Agile project.
The AgileBA practitioner content empowers, encourages and equips you with an in-depth knowledge of not just the certification, but also how to apply and implement these principles into the life of a Business Analyst on a daily basis.

The AgileBA guidance and certifications are designed to benefit a wide range of roles including Business Analysts, Change Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Product Owners/Managers, Systems Analysts and Agile Developers.
Individuals wanting to attain this certification must fulfil the following requirements:
- Hold the AgileBA Foundation Certification which must be presented as documentary evidence
The qualification is based on a 2 hour 30 minutes open-book examination of 4 objective test questions (20 marks available per question). The pass mark for this examination is 40/80 (50%) and Successful delegates will be awarded the internationally recognised AgileBA Practitioner Certification.
CERTIFICATION OPTIONS
The Cloud-Trainer DIY Self-Study option is the most cost effective and flexible approach to learning and certifying in your chosen qualification. A full suite of course material and an exam voucher mirroring exactly what you would receive if you attended one of our courses is provided and includes:
- A student manual/workbook containing all of the information (and more) you need to learn and absorb in your chosen subject or qualification.
- Course handouts or supplementary materials that summarise key course topics or provide overviews of the framework or methodology you have chosen.
- Practice examinations that enable you to gain insight into the questions styles and test-your live exam readiness (where applicable).
- Official e-books provided from the owners/creators of the qualifications (applies to specific courses/qualifications).
- Access to a Fox ITSM coach who is not only fully qualified in your chosen course but also has practical industry experience.
- An Exam voucher from the appropriate Examination Institute that is valid for 1 year and enables you to take the examination online at a time and place convenient for you.
Cloud-Trainer VIRTUAL enables you to attend a scheduled course (see dates below) via an online virtual classroom platform (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams). Our courses are interactive and facilitated by our highly experienced and accredited coaches. Digital course materials are provided and are yours to keep indefinitely. An Exam voucher from the appropriate Examination Institute will be issued to you during the course. The voucher is valid for 1 year and enables you to take the examination online at a time and place convenient for you.
