Human Typology (HT) Service
Human Typology - Who am i? who are we? How do I / We Improve?
The Fox ITSM Human Typology (HT) service is a human centric personality typing investigation that enables you to gain a deeper understanding and insight into an individual or team.
This can lead to improved communication, enhanced collaboration, stronger relationships, and ultimately, better team performance. However, it’s essential to approach this engagement with openness, curiosity, and a focus on using it as a tool for understanding and growth rather than pigeonholing individuals into categories.
The service can be carried out on an individual or team and the sponsor will be provided with a full report detailing findings, recommendations and actions for consideration.
